We are seeking highly organized self-starters for both the position of Assistant Director of Fan Engagement and the Associate Director of Fan Engagement. These positions assist with efforts related to fan engagement and game day experience and align with Baylor University’s core values, goals and standards.
Specific responsibilities include assisting with creating additional game attendance and ticket revenue, writing and implementing marketing action plans; working in a team environment to enhance promotion; coordinating game promotions and special events; writing PA script; coordinating halftime/in-game performances; developing interactive crowd promotions; preparing in-game audio; coordinating game day presentation with all parties.

The Assistant Director must have a Bachelor’s degree, one year of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. Three years of relevant work experience are preferred.
The Associate Director must have a Bachelor’s degree, three years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required. Five years of relevant work experience are preferred.
