The ideal candidate will be confident in their ability to effortlessly juggle a wide range of marketing and administrative tasks, while seamlessly working both independently and within a team dynamic. Candidate must be extremely organized, self-motivating, have an affinity for detail, and possess superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Build Group Promotional Codes for various events and clients - Track deposits and payments for group purchase - Respond to customer service inquiries - Prepare pricing sheets - Assist with marketing plan, brainstorming ideas for new sales initiatives - Social media on behalf of groups - Outreach to clients to upsell and promote new shows and seasons - Provide client research for new and existing clientele - Provide back up to the Group Sales Manager and Director of Marketing and Group Sales - Provide group reporting as required - Create a communication plan for social, eblasts and direct client outreach - Write articles, marketing pieces and email sales initiatives from - Assist with staffing special events sometimes out of regular business hours - Organize the database to coordinate lead research - Perform outbound direct mail/email and calling projects - Administrative duties including but not limited to copying, filing, faxing, shipping & processing tickets
