Walnut Street Theatre, America’s oldest theatre and one of the nation’s most financially stable non-profit arts organizations, is accepting resumes for the position of Ticketing Services Manager. This position is an integral part of our Marketing team. Responsibilities include supervising all ticketing operations including union and non-union staff, overseeing the CRM and ticketing system (Ticketmaster Archtics), customer service, generating physical and electronic communications, accurate and timely reporting, analyzing data, and the hiring, training and supervision of staff for our high-volume inbound call center. Successful candidate must have strong IT skills, a history of creating a positive customer service experience, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
