The Senior Manager Ticketing Operations ensures the accuracy, appropriate visibility/reporting, and ongoing general maintenance and infrastructure of the ticketing database for the non-profit organization and the venue it operates: The Music Hall at Fair Park. The individual builds and optimizes the sale of tickets to all DSM (Dallas Summer Musicals) and BAA (Broadway Across America) offerings in addition to any other ticketed Music Hall events and ancillary offerings such as parking and donations corresponding to a ticket purchase. This detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and highly networked leader oversees event and price building, subscription packaging/renewals, on-sales/pre-sales/discounting and broader inventory management, as well as regular and ad-hoc reporting needs for marketing, finance, development, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years in the ticketing, arts and/or entertainment industries.
Advanced knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics and Ticketmaster Host systems highly preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required.
Familiarity with sales funnel reporting and optimizations: Google Analytics/Tag Manager and other conversion tracking.
Proficiency in SQL preferred.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (DOMO/Tableau) preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
