K-State Athletics is seeking qualified candidates who want to join our Wildcat Family and be part of our fast-paced, exciting world of collegiate athletic ticket operations for a TICKET SERVICES COORDINATOR.
An example of job responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:
•Assist the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations in supervising, hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating the ticket office part-time staff on a daily basis and at certain events. Oversee customer account invoicing and balance collections. Respond to ticketholder questions and complaints by handling all situations in a positive manner.
•Oversee ticket operations for volleyball and baseball. Includes occasional travel with teams to away games as required.
•Assist in producing and preparing information necessary to perform daily reconciliations, credit card authorizations and daily deposits in accordance with KSA policy and procedures.
•Assist with all other athletic events, as required, which may include occasional travel with teams to away games as needed; and ensure tickets are properly issued according to established priority seating system as established by K-State Athletics, Kansas State University, the Big 12 Conference and NCAA rules and regulations.

Two or more years of experience in a business office environment providing customer service and working with a complex automated financial system
Experience with Paciolan software program
Experience with NCAA Division I athletics ticket operations
Experience working with a complex automated financial system
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
Must have a strong work ethic.
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays as required.
Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
