Based out of Seattle's Paramount Theatre, the Ticket Office Lead is the key patron relations contact who oversees customer service escalation as well as daytime front window ticketing needs such as box office line management, supply keeping, covering lunches, as well as back office ticketing support.
Ideal candidates will have:
Prior box office experience Prior customer service experience Knowledge of TM Archtics ticketing application a plus Proficient PC skills and the ability to learn new software Excellent time management skills Ability to take direction and act independently Touch type and ten key abilities Basic math and accounting proficiency
