This position will report to the Associate Athletics Director for Compliance
Primary responsibilities include:
- Assist Associate Athletics Director for Compliance with day-to-day operations of a Division I compliance office to ensure athletics department is operating within Northern Arizona University, Big Sky Conference, and NCAA rules including but not limited to assisting with rules education, monitoring, interpretations, waivers, self-reports, documentation, and policies and procedures (best practices) - Primary compliance administrator working with Bylaw 13 for all sport programs - Assist Athletics Ticket Office with complimentary admissions pass list at home ticketed events - Supervise graduate assistant and intern(s) - Other duties as assigned by Associate Athletics Director for Compliance or Senior Associate Athletics Director
One (1) year of compliance experience at a Division I institution, conference or NCAA
Master's degree or JD
Two (2) years of compliance experience at a Division I institution, conference, or NCAA
Familiar with JumpForward and PeopleSoft
