The Peace Center Box Office has an opportunity for qualified applicants who are interested in filling the role of Box Office Assistant Manager. The Box Office Assistant Manager is a leader in the Peace Center Box Office and is primarily responsible for the supervision of day-to-day and night of show box office procedures. The Box Office Assistant Manager will work closely with the Director of Ticketing to lead a team of full- and part-time Box Office Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s).
POSITION RESPONSIBILITES (include but are not limited to)
Administer Call Quality Assurance Program
Provide training to CSR’s on the highest level of customer service and sales techniques
Work with resident companies for reporting needs, patron services and other issues
Manage supply inventory, purchasing and budget
Prepare daily and weekly financial reconciliation, wrap reports, inventory management, and sales analysis reports
Assist with maintenance of the ticketing system, including performance and product proofing and verifying event information
Responsible for integrity of database. Prepare and oversee data cleanup projects. Audits transaction accuracy
Identifies and implements necessary and appropriate staff training including the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures and maintenance of manuals and procedural notebooks
