Assist with window and phone sales for all ticketed events using Paciolan software.
Daily printing and distribution of tickets.
Supervise aspects of ticket operations for women’s soccer, volleyball, wrestling, women’s lacrosse and baseball as well as special events.
Assist with ticket operations for all football and men’s basketball games; including but not limited to; oversight of customer service, access management and complimentary ticket distribution.
Assist with outbound sales efforts.
Develop skills in sales, service, operations and NCAA Compliance.
Assist marketing in creating sales timeline and promotions for select sports
NCAA Postseason event experience and other duties as assigned.
Compensation: $11.00 per hour. Application deadline: April 21, 2017.
Position is for a one year appointment starting June 30th.
