Two years customer service and/or office/clerical experience including organization, filing, and phone etiquette. Education may be substituted in lieu of experience.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills. Computer - Windows XP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.
