Ensure success in all aspects of A/V Services including, but not limited to:
•Leading, training and developing stage technicians and local crew •Maintaining & purchasing all A/V equipment •Mounting all touring/client A/V systems within the predetermined schedule •Coordinating necessary rental equipment, backline & schedules •Design and Execution of all A/V needs for WAC produced events
A seasoned and strong team leader is essential for this position, as well as the ability to work in a physical environment. The A/V Supervisor is ultimately accountable for ensuring the optimal performance of all A/V equipment campus-wide. Therefore, the candidate should be proficient with large PA systems, on-stage audio monitoring systems, pro-level audio consoles, RF systems, stage patching, house patching, microphone technique, pro-level mixing techniques, ClearCom systems, 70V pendant systems, network control interfaces, digital video signals/projection, projector blending, video switching, video monitor operation, CCTV systems, repeated 2-way radio systems, A/V system installation, equipment repair, network communication, industry-relevant presentation software, et al.
