You will manage all aspects of digital ticketing operations and fulfillment for the company. This includes the management and ownership of all operations processes related to the company, management of all operations staff, inventory management, order processing management and all issue management relating to clients, vendors and exchanges. The right candidate possesses proven skills to identify and solve issues independently, communicate effectively, set or improve on processes and has a strong knowledge of software management.
Location (one of the following): Austin, Boston, Nashville, NYC, Washington, DC, Raleigh/Durham, or San Diego (willingness to travel – primarily US domestic)
Plan and monitor the day to day functions of the company to ensure continued growth and success
Oversee all company digital ticketing operations, including order processing, inventory, issue management, and management of staff
Ensure the software platform is running properly and ensure accuracy of all systems and communications
Develop and become the company expert on all operating procedures
Oversee client support processes and ensure client satisfaction
