The Position The Athletic Department at Lewis University seeks qualified individuals to fill the full-time, Associate Director of Athletics/Director of External Relations position. This position will coordinate all revenue generation and will assist in the day-to-day operation of the Athletic Department. The Associate Director/Director of External Relations is responsible to develop marketing strategies aimed at increasing attendance, increasing ticket sales, enhancing departmental revenue and the overall image of Lewis Athletics. The Associate Director will also coordinate Corporate Sponsorship and departmental fundraising activities. This individual will provide administrative oversight to various teams and athletic departments, take responsibility for game-day presentations and initiate/coordinate Web Casting and social media activities.

Master's degree required plus 5 years' previous athletic experience as an administrator or coach. Tremendous people skills needed to work with wide ranging constituent groups.
