Be a part of our winning team!! Responsibilities for Assistant Box Office Manager include: Acting as primary contact for all Exhibit and Alabama Ballet shows. Building Exhibit and Concert Hall events using the Ticket Master (TM) Event Management Tool. Checking event EVALs prior to the event going on sale and maintaining events throughout the day of show. Also responsible for ticket seller training, scheduling, and acts as primary contact for ticket sellers. The Asst. Box Office Manager attends Exhibit Hall pre-con meetings as a representative of the box office. Provides guidance and training for the Box Office Assistant, accurate reports to accounting, creates and provide event sold and hold maps, along with other detailed information for promoters, box office staff, and ticket sellers.

Associates degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years related experience with money handling and dealing with public.
Minimum of two (2) years box office supervisory experience; knowledge of Ticketmaster in a supervisory position including maps, re-class, accounts etc.,
Must be able to work extended and/or irregular hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Must have experience in planning and managing multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, with job organization and expected to work independently.
Must be able to effectively present information, resolve conflicts, and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients and guests.
Knowledge and previous experience working with Feld Entertainment, Live Nation, AEG Live, Broadway productions, fine arts events and other concert and family show promoters is preferred.
Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of independent decision making skills are required.
