Assistant in the planning and development of various daily business functions for various departments within the athletic organization. Ensure the athletic organization maintains a favorable public and stakeholder perception while fulfilling the organization's strategic mission.
Serve as main Red Raider Club contact in all premium areas.
Draft comprehensive sales plan for East, West and North Club areas.
Assist with sales plan/structure for South End zone premium seating model.
Assist in allocation of luxury suites for all venues.
Develop a plan for single game premium sales.
Lead contact for all premium seating renewals and upgrades.
Revamp stewardship and communication plan to current premium seat holders.
Meet with Club Corp weekly during football season to discuss food and beverage service and monthly throughout the year.
Oversee logistics for VIP pregame space at men’s basketball games.
Manage premium seat database including club interest/upgrade lists, suite contracts and compliance communications.
Comply with all NCAA, Big 12 and Texas Tech University rules, regulations and policies.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one (1) year related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.
Master’s degree in Business, Sports Administration or related field.
Previous Experience in Division I Athletics Development and an understanding of NCAA rules are preferred.
Proficient in ticketing/donor tracking software, database management and possess a high-level understanding of technology.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills; must be an active listener, possess good time management skills, service oriented, able to receive feedback and negotiate difficult situations with the use of critical thinking and social perceptiveness.
