The Coordinator of Ticket Operations will be fully responsible for ticket operations for assigned sports.
The incumbent will provide ticketing support to other sports as well as hire, train, evaluate, schedule and process payroll for game day event workers. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing the set-up and functionality of digital ticketing for all sports and ticket window monitors and processing and fulfilling gift certificate requests. The Coordinator will be required to develop and assist with implementing new initiatives in order to increase ticket sales and other revenue streams.
This individual will be required to travel with teams when needed. The Coordinator will report to the Director of Ticket Operations. This position provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers including but not limited to donors, season ticket holders, and fans. The incumbent must be extremely organized, detail oriented, efficient, and have the ability to exercise independent judgment on a consistent basis. Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. 2-3 years’ experience in a ticket office environment strongly preferred. Experience managing priority seating and Paciolan computer software preferred.
