Job Description: Promote a positive and professional atmosphere consistent with the mission of Seattle University, Department of Athletics, and the philosophy of the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Ability to use problem-solving and ethical decision-making skills on a daily basis in line with NCAA Compliance to provide service to internal and external constituents. Execute Archtics Ticketmaster processes for day-to-day operations of the Redhawk ticket office (account management, inventory control, game-day reporting/deposits, and schedule student workers). Assist in designing and executing Men’s & Women’s Basketball, Men’s & Women’s Soccer, Volleyball and Baseball sales campaigns and special promotions. Assist in supporting front line sales and customer service outreach. Box Office lead for all Men’s Basketball games. Work ticket sales booth on game day for all other ticketed sports. Assist the Assistant Athletic Director for Tickets and Development in executing distribution of E-News and GameDay email communication. Responsible for distribution of Rudy’s Kids Club membership cards. Other duties as assigned.

Current bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Admitted and pursuing a sports business leadership graduate degree (MSBL) at Seattle University.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to develop strong working knowledge of and adherence to NCAA compliance rules and Seattle University institutional policies.
Excellent computer skills with strong attention to detail.
Must be able to multitask and deal with multiple situations.
Motivated and be able to work independently in a team oriented environment.
Ability to pass a background check.
Experience with Ticketmaster, Archtics or any other ticket system.
Cash handling experience.
Experience working in a collegiate or professional sports ticket office.
