The Director of Box Office Operations is primarily responsible for improving “winning relationships” with all customer groups through heightened quality, performance and service, as well as servicing both internal and external customers with heavy emphasis on prioritization, organization and fulfillment in all aspects of ticketing.
In this role, you will assist with day-to-day management of ticket operations activities for the Chase Center Arena and Golden State Warriors. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the Box Office in Non-Warriors events, while also being available when and where needed within Warriors Basketball ticket operations.

This is a full-time position and is based in San Francisco, CA.
What You’ll Do
You will assume managerial responsibilities in the VP of Box Office & Ticketing absence.
You are responsible for maintaining files on each event that include production kills, held seats, complimentary tickets and event audits.
Monitors events on a consistent basis through the life of the event to ensure tickets are selling correctly, holds remain in place and will be responsible handling that inventory is controlled.
In this role you provide accurate scaling and reports to promoters and Senior Management.
You create, and improve maps, and will submit map and event changes as well as additions to the Ticketmaster system in an exact and accurate manner.
As the Director, Of Box Office Operations you will communicate accurate event information to all departments.
You will be committed to establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with promoters, Ticketmaster and artist representatives along with internal staff.
You are effective while assisting with event settlements.
Assist marketing and premium seating departments to assure fulfillment of promotions and premium seating ticket orders.
Every day, you will verify daily cash reports as well as balance ticket sellers.
You will manage cash banks and daily deposits.
You will be aiding the VP of Box Office in maintaining accurate vault records.
You will consistently provide the highest level of customer service and assure all customer issues are dealt with in an efficient and accurate manner.
You are responsible for the oversight, management, hiring, training, and scheduling of Box Office staff.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
5 plus years of management/supervisory experience in an arena, stadium, PAC or public assembly facility.
Knowledge of Ticketmaster Classic (required) and associated products including Archtics (required), ReportPro and EMT.
Proficiency in using MS Office suite.
