•Responsible for celebrating West Point and achieving departmental goals by coordinating and assisting efforts focusing on revenue, attendance, game atmosphere and branding.
•Directly responsible for all marketing and game day responsibilities for football.
•Will oversee the development and execution of all marketing efforts for the six ticketed sports as well as service academy rivalries for all sports.
•Coordinate game presentation functions and promotion of the Army-Navy game.
•Experience building detailed game day scripts and timelines
•Supervisory experience; must be able to foster a collaborative work environment and maximize all personnel.
•Ability to influence and build relationships among a diverse population of military and civilian employees.
•Must be creative, a problem solver, detail-oriented and a visionary for the growth of the department
•Ability to effectively meet established deadlines in a timely manner
•Must possess a learning orientation to changing technology impacting athletics marketing, promotions and communications processes
•Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
•Strong familiarity with social media platforms for business/marketing purpose
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field;
At least four years experience in marketing, game management, social media, promotions, corporate sponsorship fulfillment and execution and revenue generation
Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills;
