Executive, Executive - Associate Athletics Director

Provide oversight and solutions to the creative team leading to increased brand exposure, student-athlete and fan engagement, and incremental revenue. 1.Lead the creative team—consisting of graphic design, photography, videography, and elements of social media—in capturing and generating content for all 16 athletic programs. 2.Assist the Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director/External Affairs with creating brand-boosting, innovative content-driving, and fan-engaging strategies. 3.Create and execute video/content production calendars, with assistance from Hail State Productions Assistant AD & team. 4.Collaborate with Associate AD/Communications and Assistant AD/Digital Strategy on social media content dissemination 5.Prepare video packages for football team functions and/or approved distribution on the Athletic Department website and social platforms. 6.Assist External Affairs team with creative media needs in support of ticket sales and attendance. 7.Provide video/audio support for football coaches' recruiting website/social media needs. 8.Helps determine football creative direction, plans, estimates & timetables for projects. 9.Assist football recruiting staff with creative media support related to incoming recruits. 10.Uphold MSU Athletics branding guidelines & identity standards. 11.Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in videography, photgraphy, graphic design, digital strategy, or related field with five (5) years of experience in createive media services.
Must ensure compliance with NCAA, SEC and University policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to travel with the team.
Required to work quickly, efficiently, and with adaptability under strict deadlines.
Ability to work long hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of creative and digital media.
Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite required, specifically Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects. Experience with Final Cut Pro X & Cinema 4D.
Work experience and knowledge of video production, including but not limited to shooting, non-linear editing, color correction, audio editing.
Experience within NCAA Division I college football program desired.
Proven success producing creative and innovative multi-media content.
Experience in other multi-media production platforms (web sites, animation, graphic design) desired.
Knowledge of professional and cinematic video cameras required, including but not limited to Sony FS7, FS5, FS700, a7s.
Knowledge of a collegiate athletics department and the NCAA structure desired.
