Assistant Athletic Director – Game Environment, Ticketing and Athletic Development
The Assistant Athletic Director for Game Environment, Ticketing and Athletic Development responsibilities include, but are not limited to, lead, plan, direct and assess all game management/environment responsibilities for SMSU home athletic events (18 sports) and high school athletic contests with a focus on improving of game environment, customer service, fan experience and revenue generation. Direct the athletic ticket process working with athletic staff members, Mustang Boosters and season ticket holders. Manage and organize special events within the Office of Athletic Development and Mustang Booster Club to support fund raising, community engagement and athletic development. Lead, organize, hire and train the student, staff and volunteer based work force to execute all game management and special events operations held by the department of athletics. This position is responsible for the fiscal operation and processes of ticket sales and fund raising revenues.
