You will be the leader of SeatCycle Product Management. These responsibilities and opportunities include:
Defining product strategy
Developing product improvements
Working with design to build new/tweak existing features
Leading product testing
Leading client implementation and integration roll-out
Being the point of contact for integration partners
Providing client support
Gathering and organizing feedback from clients
Balancing competing company priorities
Experience defining and facilitating product sprints
Enthusiasm for talking to customers
Experience managing web-based software products
Excellent written communication and presentations skills
Experience with primary and venue-based ticketing solutions
Experience with the ticketing industry and/or running a ticket office
SeatCycle provides a solution to alleviate no-show issues.
