This position oversees the collection, review, and submission of accurate show information and data across Caesars Entertainment's enterprise. Collection, review, and submission of show information and data will follow Caesars Entertainment's procedural best practices and established standards while building and maintaining relationships with internal Entertainment teams, producers, promoters, and artists. The tool knowledge set for the position includes, but not limited to, Archtics, Host and Host applications, and EMT
? This position will report directly to the Director, National Ticketing while also working with the Director, Box Office operations and completing all tasks assigned.
? Gather pending/confirmed ticketing show information
? Confirm scaling, pricing, maps, and all other assets related to ticketing show/event/attraction builds
? Oversee show/event/attraction submissions and work directly with the Event Creation team, Box Office teams in Las Vegas and across the enterprise, the Channel Partner team, Promoters, and Producers for new shows and offers, initial and updated, through the life cycle of the event.
? Ensure accuracy of all submitted information as it relates to show/event/attraction builds
? Track the build process while providing metrics on build times, SLAs, and KPIs
? Identify opportunities and procedural changes to streamline the submission process and create efficiency gains.
? Assist Director with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to track sales revenue and trends across the enterprise.
? Understanding contractual elements as it relates to the Caesars LUA and supporting venue fees
? Communicate with properties to clarify submitted information to successfully complete requested
? Collaborate with ticketing, marketing, concierge, and property teams including leadership regarding current and future strategies and initiatives related to enterprise wide offer builds
? Execute SLAs with internal teams, external clients, and service providers across the enterprise. Monitor and provide monthly SLA reporting to senior management.
? Interacting with senior management on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, reporting, projects, etc. and ensuring that deadlines are met by specified date.
? 25% of travel may be required to support Ticketing initiatives and operations across the enterprise.
? Work with senior management and other peers across the enterprise for strategy development and execution planning.
? Develop and achieve personal Measurable Objectives (MOs) are aligned with the divisions current goals and strategies that our in conjunction with our Mission Vision Values. MOs should be reviewed quarterly and updated accordingly depending on shift in organization and departmental goals.

? 3-5 years’ experience with Ticketmaster Platforms, or related field experience
? Box Office experience is required
? Overall awareness of the entertainment business is important
? Previous management experience preferred
