Regional Managers are responsible for creating, fostering, and maintaining positive relationships with executive and operational personnel at assigned TicketsWest client sites. Through these relationships, the Regional Manager will work to understand the objectives and goals of each assigned client site, and how the Paciolan software and/or TicketsWest services may be best utilized to support those endeavors. It is the responsibility of the Regional Manager to ensure that TicketsWest clients are knowledgeable about - and comfortable with - the products and services currently in use at their respective organizations.
Regional Managers are also responsible for the transactional revenue and long-term retention of all assigned TicketsWest client sites. The Regional Manager will be knowledgeable of the contractual terms at each assigned site and will craft strategies for early renewal opportunities, increased product and service offerings, and added value for both TicketsWest and the associated client site.
Position Description: •Actively connect with clients and foster ongoing communication to evaluate ticketing needs and build roadmaps for future initiatives. •Ensure that proper communication is maintained with clients and partners at the management, operations and marketing levels. •Maintain active engagement with executives and decision-makers at each assigned client site through consistent communication and scheduled visits. •Prioritize early renewal opportunities and develop strategies to incentivize clients to extend their contractual relationship with TicketsWest. •Engage with appropriate Paciolan legal resources to effectively manage agreement renewals, contract extensions, and new draft agreements. •Work with clients to develop and implement best practices for their market to drive adoption and meet revenue goals. •Responsible for selling in additional Paciolan products and services, as well as driving participation in Paciolan and TicketsWest partnerships. •Actively and aggressively pursue new client opportunities by engaging with other industry and venue personnel. •Consistently communicate and strategize with TicketsWest Account Managers to ensure effective service to each assigned client site. •Assist in the daily supervision, guidance, and mentoring of any local TicketsWest Account Managers. •Responsible for budgeting and forecasting annual transactional revenue of each assigned client site and presenting monthly analysis on variances. •Responsible for monitoring of applicable operating expense budgets to ensure annual fiscal goals are met. •Maintain and evaluate historical sales data to identify trends and better understand client sales cycles. •Work directly with National Applications Support Team (NAST) and other technical resources as necessary to ensure the proper operation of the Paciolan system and associated equipment at each client site. •Other duties as assigned or as needed

Presentation Skills in order to proficiently prepare and deliver strategic recommendations or visual presentations to mid and executive level staff.
Technology Competency to understand system functionality, including software design and data communication technologies. The Regional Manager needs to be able to communicate effectively with business and technology personnel both internally and in our clients' organization.
Team Skills to work closely within the TicketsWest and Paciolan environment to increase productivity, encourage cooperation, and set industry best practices. The team is fast paced, results driven, dynamic and team oriented. Candidates should expect to work closely with other team members, be able to manage multiple and shifting priorities and urgent client and internal projects.

Required – Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent documented work experience in a relevant field/position.
Preferred - Minimum of 3-5 years of ticketing industry experience.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, communicate effectively, and deescalate situations when necessary.
Excellent leadership abilities.
Flexibility in schedule and travel.
Thorough knowledge of computer systems: i.e. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and electronic scheduling and e-mail systems
