The Memphis Grizzlies and FedExForum is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be part of our arena management team that oversees FedExForum. This position will have oversight and management of Building Conversions, Housekeeping Services and Event Day Operations at FedExForum.
If you possess at least three years of facility management experience coupled with demonstrated knowledge of event set-up/conversions/changeover we'd love to hear from you.

The Memphis Grizzlies compete in the National Basketball Association’s Western Conference, where the team has earned a trip to the 2013 Western Conference Finals and has made 10 playoff appearances, including a franchise-record seven straight postseason berths from 2010-11 to 2016-17.
Robert J. Pera has served as the Controlling Owner of the Grizzlies since his ownership group acquired the team in 2012. Under Pera’s stewardship, the Grizzlies have experienced unprecedented success, including a club-record 56-win campaign during the 2012-13 season.
The franchise was established in 1995 as the Vancouver Grizzlies and played six seasons in Vancouver, British Columbia before relocating to Memphis in 2001. In the 2017-18 season, the Grizzlies established its affiliate NBA G League team, the Memphis Hustle. The Grizzlies became the 19th NBA team to own and operate a NBA G League affiliate while the league grew to 27 teams for the 2018-19 season. The Hustle finished its inaugural season with a 21-29 record. Currently led by head coach Brad Jones, the Hustle practice at the Built Ford Tough Facility inside FedExForum and play home games 20 minutes from downtown Memphis at the Landers Center in Southaven, Mississippi.
With a multitude of sports dominating the Greater Memphis area and the Mid-South, Grind City Media was founded in September 2016 as a digital content arm of the organization to chronicle the Grizzlies’ run through each NBA season, two newer ventures in the Memphis Hustle and Grizz Gaming, and sports and entertainment throughout the Mid-South.
