Bonnier Events, the premier organizer of enthusiast events is seeking an experienced Registration Manager to manage ticketing/registration for various annual events. Reporting to the Box Office Manager, this role oversees the participant registration process for assigned events in the portfolio (primarily car and truck shows) as well as assisting with additional box office duties. Events are held in various states and require approximately 25-30% travel.
Under the direction of the Box Office Manager responsibilities include:
Responsible for building events and inputting data into the computerized ticketing system.
Proactively responds to and resolves registration and ticketing issues/questions.
Work with finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing and reporting
Analyze registration data and trends to determine changes in patterns.
Partners with Event Managers to ensure conference and registration operations are in alignment.
Works within the event team to plan, organize and implement the event registration layout, equipment, internet and various tech needs.
Develop and lead the on-site registration process for both internal management and external customers.
Mange onsite badging, wristbands and various participant registration materials for registration process.
Trains and provides oversight to the onsite temporary staff to facilitate registration.
Create and updates registration reports weekly.
Assists in preparing specifications for registration websites.
Project and list management for annual events
Assist with the coordination of on-site needs for registration – equipment, supplies, shipping and staffing.
Assist with the coordination of badge mailing(s) when required.
Prepare and pack onsite registration supplies for shipment.
Assist Box Office Manager with ticketing related tasks such as preparation of signage, reporting and event maintenance in the ticketing system.
Four-year college degree preferred, 2-3 year’s event registration or ticketing experience.
Experience with computerized registration or ticketing systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel including creating spreadsheets and formatting.
Basic understanding of financial balancing, reconciliation and reporting.
Experience with cash handling.
Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented multi-tasker with excellent organizational skills.
Work in a team environment, be pro-active and relationship building customer service focused, be a take charge problem solver with an outgoing personality.
Ability to travel 25-30% of time.
Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments at outdoor events, requires mobility to navigate outdoor terrain by foot and golf cart.
Position is based in the Winter Park (Orlando), Florida office with flexibility to partially telecommute based on business needs and travel schedule.

Additional Salary Information: Junior Management Position with Salary starting in the low 40's. Full time with option of company benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, HSA, 401K and paid time off. Business travel expenses paid by the company.
