MGM National Harbor (Located about 15 minutes outside of Washington, DC in Maryland)
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Ticketmaster (Archtics & Host) operations (if not familiar, we can assist with teaching), Flexing ticket prices up & down, creative problem solving, show maintenance from beginning until end, supervising up to 5 staff members, being able to have a flexible schedule, working with our corporate offices in Vegas to build new shows, working with our local Live Nation offices to organize timelines & events, pulling financial data for analysis, working with excel to format audits for settlement, training & supervising ticket sellers, participating in staff meetings weekly, demonstrating exceptional customer service, going above & beyond for patrons, working with Presence & Yondr for shows, maintaining “to do” lists & organization, being able to multitask & prioritize as needed, working as a team with the other supervisors to ensure successful shows
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two (2) years of experience in a guest service position.
Prior experience in similar resort setting.
Ticketmaster or ticketing software experience
Prior Supervisory experience.
Bilingual abilities, English as the primary or secondary language.
