The Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations and Sales will be responsible for all Panther Ticket offices located at the Petersen Event Center, Heinz Field, Petersen Sports Complex and the Fitzgerald Field House.
This includes oversight of the ticket sales team for all venues. The individual will also be responsible for the development and implementation of all ticket policies and procedures. The individual must implement and manage the appropriate controls and systems when working with ticketing companies including but limited to Paciolan, Ticketmaster, Dynamic Pricing Partners, and StubHub.
The individual will also be responsible for all financial and database management for the Ticket Office, Panther Club (athletic development) and licensing and merchandising.

Minimum of three(3) years of Intercollegiate Athletic Ticket Office experience, preferably at the Division l level or experience with a professional sports team is required. Experience with both football and basketball ticket sales and operations is required.
