Assist Director of Ticketing in coordinating all ticketing needs as it pertains to building and managing all events into both the Ticketmaster Archtics and Host platforms, including managing artist needs such as Fan Club/VIP and managing ticket inventory.
Communicate directly with Artist representatives when needed on automated ticket reports, ticket holds, releases, and other additional information as needed.
Work with Marketing, Development and Programming staff to coordinate holds and other promotions and process those orders as needed.
Produce various box office reports and artist sales reports as requested.
Build show-specific seating maps for shows, at the artist representation’s request.
Manage and submit Platinum inventory to Ticketmaster Pricing Team, monitor ticket demand, and adjust pricing and inventory as needed. Act as point contact for all increased ticket revenue options (Platinum, AllShows, TMPlus)
Build and manage Groupon offers, seasonal sales, and any discount offers.
Pull and manage consignment tickets for rentals in a timely manner.
Process various comps for shows that have been offered by the Programming department.
Pull VIP lists prior to shows for venue to run VIP programs if requested and communicate with VIP buyers the details of such programs.
Act as Membership Concierge, assist all members with pre-sales and ticket requests.
Co-manage aspects of Arts Access program that pertain to ticketing, including tracking requests, building all Arts Access ticket types, processing tickets, and rectifying any errors on an event audit.
Oversee financial control policies and procedures of the Box Office.
Generate nightly sales reports and any additional reports required for show settlements.
Manage and document weekly cash deposit with the Assistant Director of Finance.
Produce all box office reports as needed. Manage Archtics Item Sets for reporting purposes.
Assist Director of Ticketing with continued transition to the Archtics & Account Manager platforms.
Provide educational materials to the organization on the use of Archtics software.
Assist with the maintenance of new hardware and software.
Communicate directly with Ticketmaster with any event build or software implementation issues.
Manage user privileges, create new users and reset passwords as needed in Archtics and TMone.
Work shows and make sure that tickets are ready, scanners are working, and assist house management in seating or customer service-related issues.
Assist in ushering shows when needed.
Assist house manager with important information night of show.
Help recruit, manage, and train ticket services staff when needed by Director of Ticketing.
Assist the Customer Service Reps in responding to calls/emails for all customer service-related issues. Manage phone system in regards to messaging for all cancellations, closures, and inclement weather announcements.
