Job Description:
The Director of Ticket Sales and Operations is responsible for the oversight of all ticketing functions and retail operations with a focus on generating revenue and attendance for all 27 of our Division 1 programs.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Develop, manage, and execute ticket sales campaigns for our four ticketed sports of Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, and Men's Ice Hockey including: season tickets, mini plans, subscriptions, group and individual game sales.
- Oversight of office and game day operations for (4) ticketed events
- Create ticketing manifesto and building events for all ticketed sports
- Manage and supervise daily ticket office operations
- Work with the Director of Athletics Marketing and Fan Experience to develop and implement long-range strategic planning, polices and goals of the ticketing department
- Development of attendance and financial projections for all ticketed sports
- Prepares accurate and detailed financial settlements for events
- Oversight of ticketing database including generating reports to advise strategy
- Responsible for the hiring, training and scheduling of all box office student workers
- Management of annual box office operating budget
- Day to day management of the Holy Cross Team Shop, includes managing inventory, fulfilling online orders, game day set up and staffing and more
- Oversees all facets of the daily operations of ensuring compliance with the College, Patriot League, Atlantic Hockey, NCAA rules and regulations, as well as state, federal laws, policies, and regulations.
- Uphold highest-quality customer service level and ensures all box office personnel are knowledgeable, service-oriented and efficient
- Working in conjunction with athletics marketing department to develop and implement ticket promotions
- Contribute to Athletics External Relations strategy for revenue maximization, enhance fan experience, and strengthening of the Holy Cross brand.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience
- Strong written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, including both verbal and written
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet expected deadlines
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

This is a full time, exempt level position.
