Let’s talk. WHY DO WE NEED YOU? Patron Technology is a seeking an energetic, goal-oriented, highly creative, and detail-oriented person to join our Lead Generation team. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you’ll find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our various event technology offerings. As a first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of our sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our Sales Directors up for success MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Communicating with prospects via phone & email to generate new sales opportunities
- Maintaining a pipeline of prospects and cultivating their interest in Patron Technology solutions
- Identifying prospect’s needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
- Building trusted relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Utilizing Salesforce CRM to record your activities and interactions with prospects
- Collaborating with Sales Directors to ensure smooth transition from Lead to Opportunity
- Setting up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Directors
- Creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
- Supporting Sales Directors and Leadership with outbound lead generation efforts
- Other duties as assigned
