WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
Patron Technology is a seeking an energetic, goal-oriented, highly creative, and detail-oriented person to join our Lead Generation team. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you’ll find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our various event technology offerings. As a first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of our sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our Sales Directors up for success
Communicating with prospects via phone & email to generate new sales opportunities
Maintaining a pipeline of prospects and cultivating their interest in Patron Technology solutions
Identifying prospect’s needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
Building trusted relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Utilizing Salesforce CRM to record your activities and interactions with prospects
Collaborating with Sales Directors to ensure smooth transition from Lead to Opportunity
Setting up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Directors
Creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
Supporting Sales Directors and Leadership with outbound lead generation efforts

As a Sales Development Representative...
You have flawless communication skills, both written and oral.
You are resilient and not defeated by rejection or the word, “No.”
You have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
You are highly organized yet adaptable to changing daily/weekly needs.
You have a good knowledge of the live-event industry and the technologies that organizers use to produce their events
Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
1-2 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or other CRM software
Strong communication skills via phone, email, and web meetingProblem-solving mindset with ability to understand prospects’ challenges and present them with an appropriate solution
