Under the general direction of the Director of Ticketing, assist the client, ticket office staff, and the general public regarding ticketing. Perform a variety of administrative and operational support to the facility, department, and ticket office staff. Provide technical support including, but not limited to, programing shows, overseeing ticketing technology, and facilitating financial reports while assisting the team leader with the coordination of the ticketing team.

Provide excellent customer service in all communications to both internal and external clients.
Administrate and program ticketed events across the campus.
Assist in communications with promoter(s) and internal departments to obtain updated event schedules and provide ticket sales information.
Set-up and coordinate ticketing and parking sales for events across the campus for Arena, Forum, Theater, and any future venues that may be incorporated.
Facilitate campus ticketing, advanced parking sales, and event settlement in conjunction with and in the absence of the Director of Ticketing, as needed for shows.
Govern resident team(s) ticketing; including the creation of all games and promotions, establish constant communication with the external staff, verifying that ticket office staff is knowledgeable about the offers, promotions, and determining staffing needs.
Regulate vault funds, cash advances, promoter advances, and denominations needed for ticket sales.
Oversee the cash flow of the ticket office as needed including cash distribution, collection and deposits.
Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of daily sales reconciliations, weekly sales reports, and bank deposits of sales receipts.
Maintain and audit daily internal and external ticketing & parking sales reports.
Investigate and record all overages and shortages from daily operations, promptly reporting all findings to the Director of Ticketing.
Facilitate all ticketing equipment across campus including, but not limited, to:
Track & maintain current and future ticketing equipment (computers, tablets, printers, scanners, charging stations, access points, furniture, CC terminals, etc.).
Coordinate the setup & strike of temporary ticket office as needed for events across campus.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, meetings, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and cultivating important relationships.
Supervise part-time ticket office personnel, assisting in the training, hiring, scheduling and motivation of the team.
Assist training staff on ticketing system and other aspects of ticket operations.
Assist in the preparing of work schedule for part-time employees.
Assist or sells tickets to all events across campus, as needed.
Create a positive and upbeat work environment to preserve employee morale.
Support the Premium Services and Marketing Departments by processing orders, coordinating tracking events, and providing training as needed.
Remain informed of company policies and procedures, answering related internal and external questions within authority.
Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy workload that can present stressful situations.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in planning and supervising the sale of tickets for a variety of events in a large recreational, sports, entertainment, or other public assembly facility; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
