This position is responsible for providing the highest level of customer services to all premium clients and guest of the Bon Secours Wellness Arena and other venues managed by the Greenville Arena District (“GAD”).
Essential Job Functions:
Provide superior customer service and serve as primary point-of-contact for venue premium clients and guest. Build sustainable relationships and trust with premium clients through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Facilitate client requests coordinating ticketing, catering, promotions and packages.
Create and execute add-value programs for suite and club seat clients donating unused tickets; offer unused suites to local non-profits to further community outreach programs. Assist marketing to assure fulfillment of promotions. Ensure the fulfillment of house seats, comps, and trade requests.
Assist in planning, scheduling and use of premium service areas including party suites and VIP areas.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, food & beverage, senior management) to address customers’ needs
Administer premium seat contracts and manage client activation. Gathers, organizes, and inputs client and prospect data into Archtics. Manages data accuracy and integrity and keeps records current.
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with premium seat clients. Resolve all client issues, concerns, and complaints in an effective and professional manner.
Assist premium seat clients and sponsors during events including pre-event preparation, problem resolution, and food & beverage concerns.
Achieve new and renewal annual sales goals for club seats and single event suite rentals; work with marketing department on sales presentations and promotions to attract new clients

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in business, marketing, accounting, facility management or other relevant field of study
Two (2) or more years of client services experience in an arena, stadium, or PAC box office.
Proficient computer skills with Ticketmaster Host, Archtics and MS Office: Outlook, Excel, & Word
Knowledge of accounting and cash handling functions, a plus
Excellent customer service, problem resolution, communication, and analytical skills.
Must be able to work Event Schedule which includes working including nights, weekends, and holidays
