JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION Under general direction of the Director of Ticket Operations, the Coordinator, Ticket Operations will be responsible for managing several sports, daily printing, assisting with essential office processes and to provide exceptional customer service experience in accordance with the mission of the 12th Man Foundation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Assist with season ticket renewal orders and payment processing, new sales and season ticket processing and printing
Oversee daily printing to ensure tickets are delivered in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinator of ticketing fraud risk management/assessment. Direct liaison to Paciolan to assess, identify and terminate fraudulent ticket transactions. Assist with credit card chargebacks.
Assist in the hiring, training and development of students and part-time employees
Assist with managing part-time & student workers
Responsible for scanner inventory, maintenance and testing at events.
Coordinate scanner training and working with gate staff to ensure that tickets are scanned
Manage resolution efforts for Football and other sports as assigned
Oversight of specific sport(s)
Assist with High School events held at Texas A&M Athletic facilities
Provide support to the Donor Services Center in handling ticket-related calls
Assist with responses to the Tickets general email account
Assist with necessary ticket system checks, edits, processing orders, and adjustments as needed
Facilitate proper communication and willingness to assist with projects in a team environment
Event duties as assigned
Other duties as assigned
1-3 years experience in a ticket office
Understanding of ticketing software (Paciolan preferred)
Proficient in all applications of Microsoft Office
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on changing priorities, including weekend, holiday and evening hours
Willingness to travel for events
