Responsibilities: The University of Louisiana at Lafayette Athletics Department is seeking a qualified Director of Compliance for Initial Eligibility. This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance. The Director of Compliance will oversee the initial eligibility process for all student-athletes and assist with the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Office. - Serve as the institutional liaison between the athletic department staff and the office of admissions in monitoring the recruitment, academic credentials, and initial-eligibility of prospective student-athletes. - Serve as the institutional liaison to the NCAA Eligibility Center, overseeing all initial eligibility initiatives. - Monitor the pre-enrollment eligibility
