K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for DONOR RELATIONS AND GIFT PROCESSING COORDINATOR, which is a local agency full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position. An example of job duties includes but are not limited to: •Process all gifts, such as annual, restricted, capital, and endowment donations using appropriate data bases •Maintain accurate donor records •Prepare batch deposits and record payments •Prepare daily/weekly contribution reports •Maintain capital gift worksheets and pledge reports •Manage matching gift records •Ensure all gift-in-kind paperwork is prepared and/or reviewed in a timely manner •Coordinate payment plan options and on-line giving •Supervise, train, and assign responsibilities to two devel
