The Director/ Assistant Athletic Director of Revenue Generation reports to the Associate Athletic Director of Resource Development. This position will play a vital role in revenue generation for Baylor Athletics, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Bear Foundation.
A Bachelor's degree, two years relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience will not be considered in lieu of the educational requirement. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
The selected candidates must have:
Excellent writing skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency, specifically with executing reports
Organize and prioritize work to meet all deadlines
Availability to works games, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred qualifications include:
Working knowledge of Paciolan
Proficiency in forecasting analytics
Familiarity accessing and analyzing ticket reports
Experience working in a Development Office/ demonstrated success in donor relations
Familiarity with gift processing
Demonstrated experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
What You Will Do
Serves as liaison between the Bear Foundation, ticket sales, and ticket operations departments to coordinate messaging, sales efforts, and timelines
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Bear Foundation, including all marketing and communication to donors
Develop a social media and creative strategy for Bear Foundation digital platforms
Lead operations on football and basketball game days, focusing on donor relations and customer service needs
Serve as liaison to Paciolan, specially PacFund
Organize and revamp the department’s sport specific giving programs
Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects with the intent of identifying, cultivating, sustaining, and growing donor relationships.
Oversee the logistics and stewardship of the Big Wheel Program
