This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
BENEFIT DETAILS
The UW System provides an excellent benefits package to meet the diverse needs of its employees. This includes several health insurance options, with annual deductibles as low as $250/individual and $500/family. Our benefits package also includes dental, vision, several life insurance options, AD&D and Accident insurance and Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts. We participate in the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS), where employer contributions begin immediately and employees are fully vested after 5 years of service. The UW System also provides supplemental retirement savings programs including a 403(b) and Deferred Compensation.
In addition, employees receive several types of paid leave benefits, which are prorated for employees working less than 100%. This includes 9 legal holidays, 36 hours of personal holiday and between 96-130 hours of sick leave annually. Employees earn 13-27 days of vacation each year, depending on years of service and employment type.

This position reports to the Director of Athletics and manages athletic ticket operations and provides ticketing services to those sponsoring and attending athletic contests. Will assist with all areas pertaining to fund raising events. This position may supervise a sport or sports. This position will also assist with the strategic marketing efforts of the department.
This position includes the following responsibilities:
Confers with individual ticket account holders and event sponsors concerning ticket needs, prepares and supervises all ticket operations - solves problems, maintains control of money and tickets, prepares audit statements, hires event employees to help run box office operations. Create and implement marketing campaigns for ticket sales, fund raising events and promotion of UW-Green Bay Athletics. Provide digital/static advertising and promotions. Develop initiatives to increase engagement with various campus units and student body. Develop and implement game promotional schedules and game scripts for in-game activation. Work with external team on developing corporate sales strategies. Digital/static graphic design - Develop promotional graphic, posters, social media, billboards to help promote UW-Green Bay athletics and Develop graphics to assist the Development office operations. Fundraising, Development, and Special Events - Coordinate with Development Office on Phoenix Fund and assist with athletics special events.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree at time of application
2 years experience working in intercollegiate athletics or similar industry in marketing, communications, sales or development
Experience in ticketing
Possession of or eligibility to obtain a valid driver's license upon appointment
Experience with adobe InDesign suite and Photoshop
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in solicitation and relationship building
Experience working with ticketing software

Conditions Of Appointment
Some travel is required for necessary meetings, workshops, conferences, etc. Evening and/or weekend work is expected and will be assigned by supervisor as needed.
Position is a full-time Academic Staff appointment. Official transcripts of the highest degree achieved will be required of finalist(s). A criminal conviction investigation will be conducted on the finalist(s).
