The Information and Technology Specialist works with all departments of the National Office to gather requirements, understand business problems, and help implement the solutions to optimize and enhance the capabilities of existing technology. This position will have a heavy emphasis on Salesforce (CRM) and Fonteva (AMS.)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintaining Salesforce reports, dashboards, and list views to ensure conformity and accuracy of data
Review, develop and document formal business processes for the utilization of current infrastructure (Fonteva, Salesforce, Office 365, etc.)
On the fly troubleshooting using support tickets and 3rd party providers, if needed
Attend weekly status meetings with National Office and any 3rd party providers
Assist in management of technology projects as requested
Be knowledgeable on industry trends and best practices while reporting any potential issues and solutions to increase efficiency
Collaboration within the National Office and with 3rd parties
Working Conditions:
Most work is of a sedentary nature, sitting at a desk using a computer, phone and other office equipment. Work may require attendance at Board meetings and other company events. While a majority of work occurs in relation to a long-term plan, will be required to be flexible to changing priorities and additional projects that can require work outside of normal business hours and ability to manage short-term deadlines. Employee should be able to lift 25 pounds.
This position is located in Kansas City, Missouri and does not qualify for remote work.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a similar degree and or experience required
Administrator’s level experience with CRM and AMS; Salesforce strongly preferred, Fonteva experience is a plus
Report writing and standard data visualization tools for dashboards
Project Management experience is a plus
Critical thinking and collaboration skills
Ability to be accurate and multifunctional
Superior organizational, diplomatic, and motivational skills
Autonomous workloads with limited supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to effectively collaborate with staff, professional colleagues, and supporters.
Ability to lift 25 pounds
