The Director of Ticket Sales and Service is responsible for overseeing and supervising, ticket operations, sales, and tours. The incumbent will serve as a lead point of contact and liaison between various promoters, representatives, event managers, and staff members. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ticketing, staff management, and customer service. Position is responsible for ensuring all operational components are functional including but not limited to setup, maintenance, and management of all ticketing events for Fox Theatre.
