Championships 50%:
Plan and execute MAC championship events. Update and revise championship manuals, coordinate and arrange for officials, track budget and expenses and manage championship personnel. Coordinate championship merchandise program. Coordinate championship tickets and reconciliation. Manage championship awards and facilitate distribution to championship sites. Manage logistics in coordination with host institution/host site in swimming, indoor track and field, wrestling, outdoor track and field, men’s golf, and women’s golf. Represent the conference at championship events.
Sport Administration and Governance 35%:
Serve as liaison to the MAC Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Assist with MAC Factbook updates and distribution Manage logistics for all conference in-person meetings and events Manage MAC Zoom account and annual governance calendar Coordinate dates for meetings with membership, including Presidents, Athletics Directors, athletics administrators, compliance staffs, and other groups. Draft and distribute all coach group meeting agendas Represent the conference at official functions including conference and national championships, and other events where official representation is deemed appropriate by the MAC Executive Director. Be involved in conference planning and administration.
Communications and Awards 10%:
Assist with all-conference and awards process Assist with executive special social media plans including DIII Week, DEI Week, Mental Health, etc. Help with conference social media as needed Assist with photos and manage Flickr account Manage media for Annual Awards Luncheon
Other Responsibilities 5%:
Preparing reports and compiling data for EADA, MAC Academic Report, and other membership requests. Assistance with compliance, officiating, and/or scheduling, may be required. Evening and weekend work needed on a regular basis. Assume other duties as assigned by the MAC Executive Director.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, content management, video editing, zoom, google suite.
Strong oral and written communication skills
General knowledge of intercollegiate athletics programs and Division III
Ability to work effectively with the athletics administrators, coaches, and sports information personnel
Ability to work independently and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment both in-person and remotely
Must be located within the footprint of the MAC

Located in Annville, Pa., the Middle Atlantic Conference is an NCAA Division III conference comprised of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth (MAC Commonwealth) and Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom).
The MAC currently sponsors 27 intercollegiate sports that compete in the NCAA Division III.
