Job Description:
The Director of Ticket Operations is responsible for the oversight of all ticketing operations with a focus on generating revenue and attendance for all 27 of our Division 1 programs.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Develop, manage, and execute ticket operations for our four ticketed sports of Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, and Men's Ice Hockey including: season tickets, flex vouchers, Kid's Club, group and individual game sales.
Oversight of office and game day operations for (4) ticketed events
Manage and supervise daily ticket office operations
Development of attendance and financial projections for all ticketed sports
Prepares accurate and detailed financial settlements for events
Oversight of ticketing database including generating reports to advise strategy
Assists in reviewing ticketing needs and procedures with venue users; prepares events for system sale, including event builds in the ticketing system.
Assist in the allocation, printing and distribution of season, single, and away game tickets according to the established priority point system.
Demonstrate valuable leadership skills including but not limited to communicating effectively, integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to delegate when needed.
Train ticket office staff in primary areas of responsibility.
Work all Athletic events as assigned and assist in the supervision of game day workers as scheduled.
Answer telephones in a courteous, professional, and prompt manner while providing any necessary follow-up to ensure that the caller is competently assisted and return all calls, e-mails, and messages within a 48-hour period.
Maintain competence in the use of all functions of the AudienceView ticketing system.
Lead in the maintenance of the Holy Cross tickets email account, online chat, and texting platform.
Attend community events as needed to promote Holy Cross Athletics.
Management of annual box office operating budget
Serve as liaison to Crusader Sports Properties and manage all sponsorship and trade tickets.
Responsible for maintaining and managing our player guest / compliance software "Arms"
Oversees all facets of the daily operations of ensuring compliance with the College, Patriot League, Atlantic Hockey, NCAA rules and regulations, as well as state, federal laws, policies, and regulations.
Uphold highest-quality customer service level and ensures all box office personnel are knowledgeable, service-oriented and efficient
Working in conjunction with athletics marketing department to develop and implement ticket promotions
Contribute to Athletics External Relations strategy for revenue maximization, enhance fan experience, and strengthening of the Holy Cross brand.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience
