This role will pay a salary of $31.25/hr to $35.00/hr

The Assistant Box Office Manager will provide Snapdragon Stadium clients with comprehensive event management and ticketing services, as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of the Box Office including event builds, ticket resolution, financial reporting and supervising part-time event staff. The Assistant Box Office Manager must be able to confidently interact with stadium teams such as Finance, Marketing, Premium Sales & Service, Front of House, Operations, and IT. Selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to season ticket holders and individual event purchasers at Snapdragon Stadium.
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise all part-time box office staff.
Develop and maintain client relationships while meeting and exceeding client service level agreements.
Advise and assist with reporting for the stadium and its promoter clients as needed.
Responsible for day of show box office support for stadium, promoter and customers.
Oversee scheduling, tracking hours and submitting payroll in ADP for part-time box-office ticket seller staff.
Responsible for event builds for concerts, sporting events and other ticketed special events which includes scaling, inventory management, barcoding, and online ticket management through TM1 software as assigned by Box Office Manager.
Submit events to Ticketmaster for programming as needed; manage all inventory requirements, special offers and programs on behalf of stadium and promoter.
Collaborate with internal stadium departments, as well as, external ticketing departments to ensure all ticket specific aspects of events are accounted for, examples include event builds, staffing needs, etc.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Preferred: 1-3 years of Ticketmaster software experience.
Experience with large scale events in an arena or stadium is highly desirable
Demonstrated experience working with various concert promoters, sporting teams and event producers.
Strong time management skills and ability to maintain composure and decision-making skills in stressful situations.
Effectively work under pressure and demonstrate ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, professional, and courteous manner which fosters a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, graphic design, PowerPoint and Internet software
