The Director of Operations for Women's Soccer will direct the day-to-day operations for the UND women’s soccer program, including arranging all team travel, serve as summer camp director, develop a competitive game schedule under the direction of the head coach, oversee travel and equipment budget, and serve as a liaison with REA & UND staff concerning our team and visiting team practice and game scheduling. This position will also coordinate championship travel/postseason participation in conference and NCAA tournaments. Must have a commitment to compliance with all NCAA Rules and Regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee all administrative aspects of the women’s soccer program.
Renew coaching memberships as applicable.
Arrange team travel
Coordinate complimentary tickets for players and coaches for away games.
Prepare and submit team travel forms to UND Athletics Business Office.
Coordinate end of the season banquet (work with UND Foundations, send out invites, order awards, get caterer).
Assist the coaching staff in all aspects of the program.
Follow all NCAA, conference, and UND rules & regulations.
Coordinate all UND Women’s Soccer Camps and Clinics.
Plan, develop, and coordinate everything for summer camps.
Complete data entry for all camper registrations.
Prepare all payroll hiring paperwork for submission.
Hire workers and develop camp schedules.
Keep track of practice hours, including individual workouts, strength and conditioning, and team practice hours.
Complete and submit any occasional meal forms, community service hours, and any other compliance related issues.
Coordinate a master class schedule of all student-athletes.
Oversee coordination of study table.
Responsible for scheduling practices for home and away teams.
Serve as the facilities liaison between the Ralph Engelstad Arena (REA), Betty Engelstad Sioux Center (BESC), Hyslop Sports Center, and the University Wellness Center.
Responsible for the master calendar throughout the year, organizing practice times with other sports at UND and facilities.
Communicate with Summit League on conference game schedules each year.
Create a competitive non-conference schedule.
Talk with other non-conference programs about scheduling details; including game dates, guarantee amounts, and other gameday logistics.
Develop and oversee equipment and travel budget.
Assist with all equipment purchases and travel expenses.
Manage temporary and/or student employee budget, if applicable.
Manage/coordinate any exclusive equipment contracts.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
1 year of women’s soccer operations experience as a full-time, part-time, or student worker.
Experience working at women’s soccer camps.
Successful completion of criminal history background check (CHBC).
Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications
NCAA women’s soccer playing experience.
Experience with soccer data programs.

Experience with hiring and supervision of students and/or camp personnel.
Experience coordinating with visiting/road teams for scheduling and access to facility/field.
