Indiana State University Hulman Center Facilities is seeking a Ticket Manager. The Ticket Manager prepares reports such as ticket sales and cash received, number of complimentary tickets used and event attendance. This position is also responsible for all ticket sales deposits and reconciling financial data. The Ticket Manager will build events, manage ticket sales, train staff, and resolve errors and complaints. They will also ensure that ticket sales policies are met. TicketMaster Host, Archtics and AccountManager experience is strongly preferred.
Required Education & Experience:
Must possess a minimum of an associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school in Information Systems or Business with 3-4 years of experience. Ticketmaster/Archtics experience is strongly preferred.
