The Box Office Manager is responsible for leading the box office team in providing high-level customer service and concert ticket sales to achieve strategic patron loyalty and earned income goals. The Box Office Manager works closely with the Assistant Vice President of Marketing to transform transactional sales processing into relationship building to ensure ticket sales, capacity utilization and new-to-file goals are met; and with statewide venue box office and house management to ensure excellent customer experience from ingress to egress. This role is highly visible and interacts with patrons, VIPs, board members, volunteers, and sponsors.
