Assistant Director of Ticket Operations
The Assistant Director of Ticket Operations is responsible for the oversight, management, and ticketing of women’s basketball and baseball season-ticketed sports. This position will also serve as the secondary contact with arena staff and ticket promoters regarding tickets for all concerts and special events at Matthew Knight Arena. The Assistant Director will hire, train, schedule, supervise, evaluate, and discipline 16 student workers to meet customer service demands. They will implement a training schedule for staff and ensure successful staffing of events. Responsibilities will include: • building seating maps • scaling and re-scaling the house ticket diagram depending on demand • providing ticket reports and sales trends • attending to ticket holds in all categories • preparing
