The Senior Director is responsible for the overall management of the Kravis Center Ticketing Services department and the various services it provides to internal ticketing services clients and other users of the Kravis Center. They provide leadership to create and realize annual and long-term customer service and financial plans as approved by Kravis Center management. Ticketing Services has a staff of over thirty (30) full-time and part-time employees. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Programming and Marketing. Ticketing Services is the ticketing department of the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. Kravis Center sells over 250,000 tickets a year for over 300 events and provides extraordinary service to over 10,000 subscribers.
