Duties and Responsibilities Manage ticket operations for athletic events, including implementation of policy and procedures relating to ticket sales, sales strategy, ticket distribution, and allocation. Plan and implement a customer service strategy that provides fans with first class support, resolves customer ticket issues efficiently, and develops relationships with season ticket base and other fans.
