Ticketing Operations Specialist
Summary Under the general direction of the Director of Ticketing and Assistant Ticket Office Manager, this position provides a variety of technical, operational, and administrative support to the ticket office. They assist clients, promoters, ticket office staff, and the public regarding ticketing. While maintaining ticketed events by providing technical support including, but not limited to, programing shows, overseeing ticketing technology, and facilitating financial reports. Responsibilities & Duties Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. As assigned by the Director of Ticketing, assist in communications with promoter(s) and internal departments to obtain updated event schedules and provide ticket sales information.
